Nordstrand NJ4 & Routing

    Will my Fender American 4 string jazz need to be routed if I want to install a pair of Nordstrand NJ4 70's wind?

    Odd question! Is that f jb am custom or something?

    What's the size of the original pups?

    Not sure how it is an odd question. Am I missing something? I have never changed pickups before and just wanted to know if the Nordstrands would fit my 2006 Fender jazz before I purchased them online. Thanks.

    You won't have to route, they will drop right in.

    Re-activating this thread. Im thinking of putting these in my 1977 Jazz Bass and are wondering if they will fit correctly with the 70's bridge pickup placement/spacing?
