Asking for a quick check here. Nordstrand has that neat diagram showing how to wire their dual coil pickups : https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1941/7837/files/Dual-Coil-Diagram.pdf It shows a different wiring for the "neck" and "bridge" versions of a pickup (reversed). It seems to me that both these wiring only differ in the middle "single coil" position (which I assume is to allow hum-canceling when both pickups are in single coil mode), would that be correct ? Meaning that if I was only interested in the series / parallel internal wiring for each pickup, I should be able to wire them exactly the same ? Additional question : if I were to have a 3 pickup bass, using 2 bridge pickups and a neck pickup, wiring all 3 of them the same way each to a switch for series / parallel internal operation, I should be able to combine them in any way (with switches, or hard-wired), for instance bridge // neck, or bridge and middle in series, without any phase issue. Is that correct ? Thanks for your help
