    well it is, sorry :D

    but anyways, i need some help for my economics class, i'm doing a report on Mudvayne, and there profits and how much money they have made... i cant find much info, so i'm asking you all,

    any help is... helpfull, ~ thank you.

    I havent a clue since thats a newer band (I mean newer as in hasnt been popular long) but Id try google.com of course and maybe ask.com.

    unless you are the IRS it´s difficult to get how much money a band does...

    maybe a look at the FORBES list...

    There'd really be no way to find that stuff out I'm afraid. Mudvayne are not a PLC, they don't have to make their accounts available to the general public. You could probably hazard a guess, but it would be very hard to do.

    Their album has gone gold in the US, so they have sold at least 500,000 copies...their contract is most likely in the 15-20% range, meaning they have receved $750,000-1,000,000 in royalties so far. These are just estimates of course, I doubt you could get real figures from the band...you would also have to know how much they spent on recording to figure out how much they made this past year. They also receive money from merchandise and touring.
