I hate ruining my sleep schedules. I woke up at 2 PM Saturday, and now it's 6 am Sunday and I still haven't slept. I don't want to sleep during the day and further ruin my entire cycle. Something tells me I've got a very uncomfortable day ahead of me.
I've been trying to get my sleeping schedule straight for the past 2 days. Going to attempt once more to get it right. I've been going to sleep at 8am and waking up at around 5pm for the past few weeks and it SUCKS. I hate it so much. It feels like you have just completely wasted your day when you wake up in the afternoon. I've been attempting to pull a 24 hourer but I keep getting way too tired and feeling like complete garbage and end up passing out.
That's exactly what I feel like right now. I've been sleeping around 1-2 and waking up around 10-11 the next day past week or so, then pulled an all-nighter Thursday night. Slept at 7 am. Woke up around noon. Friday I slept around 2-3, yesterday I woke up at 2:00.
