Watt's out on tour, and won't be able to post to this forum until November 6th. A tour diary is on his homepage: http://hootpage.com Mike sends his apologies for not announcing this earlier. Hey, the guy drives his own "boat" around with no tour manager - gotta cut him some slack
I'm back from tour - whew! 14,000 miles and 52 gigs in 55 days but it was fun. now time for recording a new record. it should be out in april, 2002. fire away w/the questions, I'm here to hear them! on bass, watt
Hey Mike! Glad you're back safely! Just wanted to tell you what a great time I had at your Atlanta show...even if it was past my bedtime! Sorry I didn't get to meet you, but I had an hour drive to get home. Thanks for the great time! Lisa
A warm welcome back Mike! Was having a conversation the other night about you. I was in the band, Live's chat room, and the cool guy (hehe) who runs it was talking about bassists. And he's like: "Ever hear of Mike Watt?" I'm like "sure I have". He's like "yeah Pat [the bassist of Live--whom I have a website for] turned me onto him". Very nice. Well...pointless post...just thought that was cool. Again, welcome back! Now I have to think of some questions to ask you..hehe.. Be well Stephanie
lisa, you're very welcome. that was a great show. the atlanta folks were very kind. and you're right about it being late, whoa... back in pedro, I konk early. I only stay up late for gigs. on bass, watt
