I was looking through the want-ads as I tend to do from time to time to time and saw an ad for the above-mentioned bass. Having never heard of it before I did a quick look around the webs and found, well, not exactly a lot. Which was coincidentally the asking price for the bass. What I did find was enough to have me driving across town with cash in hand... obviously, given the title of the thread.

Now it is home and so far I quite like it. It is never going to have a neck-dive problem unless there is a raving screaming fan hanging off the headstock. The body is solid mahogany and heavy. It'll need a set-up and new strings, but the neck is straight and it sounds meaty and heavier than the Jazz bass. Bonus it came with the original fitted case!
