NuBD!!! Epiphone Les Paul Standard

    Living in the cold north really has it's disadvantages some times... Currently waiting for it to acclimate a bit.

    After a few hours I couldn't wait anymore. Here it is!

    Pretty much mint condition! Absolutely excellent shape. A good clean and polish and it will be as-new. Super stoked! Always been a fan of the LP basses, but never been able to get one in this burst. I had a LP special in matte black, and a grassroots/ESP "copy" in a sort of grey burst. They're pretty heavy, but nothing I can't handle. The solid mahogany body also negates all neck-dive, so thats a plus :)
    I'll give it a good clean, polish, new strings and setup, and see how those double thunderbird pups treat me:D

    i had one just like it. had a great mid-range tone and recorded very well.

    It sounds really really good actually! The sustain is at Spinal Tap levels :D

    Beautiful instrument. I’m thinking if I were to get out of my “Fender” kind of gigs, that would be a cool bass to have. One other observation, as a former owner of a Heritage Burst Les Paul guitar, the first place my eyes went was where the toggle switch isn’t. LOL!!! But I’m pretty sure I’d get over it!!! Enjoy!
