Nut broke on my Fender!

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Wattoosi, Feb 22, 2006.

  1. Eh, MIM Fender Zone bass... playing along, hit E string, kawang -- a piece of the nut broke right off.

Suggestions (aside from Fender) to replace it??

Graphtech nut from e-Bay. I've had 2 and they've never done me wrong. They're also precut!

I used a graphtech nut on a project bass of mine a while ago, it was cut well and fit as expected.
