  1. I need to take my Thumb 6 fretless to a repair shop that knows what a fretless bass is (grin) - does anyone have a personal recommendation? It looks like the fret slots were filled with a soft compound of some description and in the interest of neck stability & curing the buzzezzz I'd like to have the compound removed and replaced with wood.

    TIA
