O.H.M amplifiers - anyone remember these?

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by oddio, Apr 28, 2003.

  1. I was looking through some of my old band pictures and came across gear shots from the late '60s. At one point we scored a good contract and lots of brand new gear was provided.

The bass amp was a brand new O.H.M. rig, all black with white piping and silver knobs, a bit larger than a Dual Showman. If I recall, the head was 250 solid state watts (lots of juice for back then). The cabinet was 2x15". It sounded pretty good. These might have been built in Toronto, but I'm guessing. I'd love to know anything about the history of this company and it's gear.

    TIA
