My Avatar B410 NEO! Gas is temporarily cured. Here are also some pictures of my cats for the lulz. You gotta admit this is a pretty cool thread.
Yeah really. Do you guys think they are gonna scratch it up? I have multiple scratching posts around the house...but you know...there can never be too many. And hey JERK, you didn't comment on my cats. What...are you a cat hater or something? lol just kidding. I noticed in a post about how you got a couple of avatar cabs too, did you ever find a head for it?
My thoughts on the matter of your current state of bass-mind: damn. I cannot WAIT for my Boogie 2x12 to be ready!!!
Nope, don't have a head yet. Probably going to get an LM II, seems most everybody loves em. Doesn't your GK (50watt) drive the horn by itself on the Avatar? or can you tell?
is it 4 or 8 ohms? hows the 1001 sound with it really cranked? how long did it take to get after you ordered it? sorry for some many questions but im thinking about getting the exact same setup, but possibly with 2 4x10 cabs
its 8 ohms. VERY LOUD. like, bad for your hearing loud. I definitely don't play it full volume. It took 4 business days to ship. 1 business day to process. Instead of 2 4X10, i would get a 2x12 to accompany the 4x10.
I would cover the cab when you aren't playing for sure. I have a huge cat-tree for my cats and they much prefer my Avatar cabs to use as a scratching post. I just throw an old sheet over my cabs and they leave them alone.
The bottom cat pictures expression is very similar to one of mine when they yawn, are the cats the reason why you have a lolcats avatar? And sick cab, always wanted some Avatar stuff. I might pickup a 112 for practice.
Yay for cats and Avatar cabs. I just got my NEO B212 and B210 (in red tolex) and I love them so far. And I have three cats who don't touch them under penalty of noogies.
You are spot on. This picture was taken when my cat, Jazzy, was yawning. It seems as though she is trying to bite the scratching post though. Hehe, I don't know what p90's are , unless youre talking about the gun. Those pickups are stock on an Ibanez TR500 which is discontinued though, if you would like to further delve into the idea.
