Disclaimer: These are the basic chords. I did this away from a piano, so there may be some extensions or voicing particulars unaccounted for

    Intro
    Gm7 Am7 | Bbmaj7 C7sus | 2 times
    Verse
    Fm7 Gm7 | Abmaj7 Bb7sus| 4 times
    Pre Chorus
    Dbmaj7 | Gbmaj7 | Bmaj7 | Emaj7 |
    Chorus
    Gm7 Am7 | Bbmaj7 C7sus| 4 times

    Verse (as above)
    Pre Chorus
    Chorus
Sax Solo over Chorus Changes (2 times the regular Chorus length)
    Pre Chorus
    Chorus
Then vamp out on Chorus changes to fade

    Carl, fsupremacy,

(I'm at a piano), and I think I'm hearing this:

    Intro
    Gm7 Fadd2/A | Bbadd2 C7sus | 2 times
    Verse
    Fm7 Ebadd2/G | Abadd2 Bb7sus| 4 times
    Pre Chorus
    Dbmaj7 | Gbmaj7 | Bmaj7 | Emaj7 |
    Chorus
    Gm7 Fadd2/A | Bbadd2 C7sus| 4 times

    Thanks. Nice tune.
Jeez, I'm getting OLD - I'd never heard of Ms. Mortensen.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if those were minor7ths or if they were "Steely Dan chords". (kiddingly called because of the intro to "Deacon Blues"...I'm sure Becker & Fagan didn't invent them)
Upon further review, I think you're right.

I'd never heard of the artist before either, but then again, most non-jazz or classical vocal music and I parted ways years ago.

    Carl,
We both must be of the same "vintage" to refer to those chords as "Steely Dan" chords!
    Thanks.
