If that's the instrument in the For Sale section of Jimmy's site it's a BEAUTY. I'm glad I didn't notice it's a 30.5 scale instrument until just now... I really don't need another. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

It was one of the two that Jimmy had in inventory at one point. This one was completed a short while before the other. I dallied for a bit but I am very pleased that I finally "pulled the trigger."

I guess that I now need an official Landing Club membership number - I am guessing #8 but anarchy appears to reign!

Hopefully I'll be joining this club very soon. Originally had the idea to go with Oly white, but once I saw the grain on this body, I had to ask for translucent white instead.

Anarchy does reign! I haven't owned a Landing in a year and as such someone else might want to step up and run this club.

    Any takers?

Awesome! I'd love to see activity in the club picking up, TBass #2 is still one of my favourite go-to instruments and I'll be getting an L30P some time or another in the not too-distant future. I'm pretty excited about it!

I need to check with Jimmy to see when he's going to start generating wood chips and sawdust from my 32P. I dig transparent white, but decided on his amberburst for the neck and body:
    BACKangleshotJPG.

I'm also looking forward to hearing the Nordstrand NP-4. Mine won't have a battery box as I went passive.

Hey Louise, email the pic to me and I'll put it up for you. You just need a photobucket (etc) account.

Nice! Big fan of Dark Stars here. The amberburst I posted is an image of another instrument. Jimmy hasn't started on mine that I know of. I went with all chrome hardware, so mine will have a chrome neck plate and ferrules.

actually, the photo is the first one he built which was too heavy. This photo was taken at Jimmy's shop.....I'll have to get another photo on here because I decided to put black knobs on mine (Jimmy did send the metal ones also). and I got the tear drop case and not the rectangular one on the pic.....He's a top notch luthier and altogether nice guy.....

Work has progressed further than I thought. I found out that Jimmy's working on the finish this week. Getting close!
