    Hi guys,
I am currently running an Ampeg SVT 350 to an 8 ohm 4 x 10 Peavey cabinet. My amp is running 200 watts at this level, but I want to run 350 watts to 4 ohms without getting another cabinet. Is there any way to do this? Thanks for the help.

Glockenklang offers a transformer that will turn a 8 ohm cab into a 4 ohm cab.

If your dealer can't help you, you might get help from Glockenklang's U.S. distributor, Luthiers Access Group - www.luthiersaccessgroup.com

  3. JMX, that's true, I don't doubt that. But a really nasty side-effect would be that you lose power inside the transfo.... and it will change the sound.

Largemouth, there's no way to achieve such a thing, except... maybe put another output transfo in your amp. It's a tube amp right?
