Alright, so heres the deal. I just got a mesa boogie bass 400+ and i have a mesa boogie road ready (15", 2x8", "10) but i dont know wether or not to plug the amp in with two 8 ohm outputs into the two 8ohm inputs on the back of the cab, of i should use one output from a 4ohm and go into the single input of 4ohm on the back?

I dunno if that made sense, but my question is, Do i want to use 4ohm (single input on cab) or the 2 8ohm inputs?

    What is the difference anyways?

so just do the 4ohms? my amp has 2 4ohm outputs but my cab only has the one single 4ohm input.

what is the difference? why would i want to use 2 8ohm outputs into one cab?

  4. Just do the 4ohms. There's never any reason to run both outputs to one cab. One will do nicely.
