Ok, I did it...

    I put up an ad on a website where local musicians troll for prospective bands, replacement band members, etc...

    I'm starting to talk to a hand full of people at this point. Some seem interesting, but I guess I'm gun shy. I just havent found that perfect fit, YET... but some really interesting ones. That always leaves me thinking, "Hey, these guys have got it going on... maybe I should hook up here".

    After all, if I'm not a lead members, how much flex can I really expect? I'm just left wondering, when one doesnt just grab you, how do you know you should take it?

    Ok, cool things... I've found a number of different possibilities & identified one that sounds like a good fit... and, were all getting together this week for a first run through. I've got the first 16 songs on the setlist & have had about 7 days to prep for it...

    Please let us know how it's going? What are the good points and the bad points? If you had to do it over again what would you do differently - at the "audition" and other aspects of getting into a band or getting a new player into your band?

    More details the better, it'd really help me out.
