Old Soviet pedals - any gems?

I was digging around for a parametric EQ to throw into my FX loop, and I discovered a Soviet company called Lell that made some pedals back in the late 80s-early 90s. I'm tempted to snag one off Reverb since they're not going for much, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this brand, or others, from that era?
