“It was made in March of 2013 for our dealer in Japan. It was made with a chambered Figured Maple body, Redwood top with matching headstock, and a Gabon Ebony fingerboard. The electronics are the F Bass bridge pickup and active preamp and an RMC Piezo saddle pickup system. It weighed 9lbs 9oz”. “Our records don’t show a special mention of the scale length which leads me to believe it’s the standard 34.5” scale. You can double check by measuring from the nut to the 12th fret line, then double that figure.”

Thanks for the digging, you are certainly correct, every detail that goes out of the ordinary will add $. The sound is amazing, I tweaked the truss rod to give more relief to the neck, since I like medium high action. WOW!!!! The sound opened up, more sustain, more punch. The only reason I am selling is to cover some expenses for a family duty. If I can pull out the $ from other sources I will keep the F AC 5.
