I went to check out the new Guitar Center in Clearwater and went back to the Bass Room and their it was a new SWR Son Of Bertha for 329.00 and I jumped on I have been looking for a 15 to go with my Redhead and Soon as I closed the DEAL all of a sudden the all of the other SWR products were not on sale any more But this was my lucky day

Groovy! I had an SOB and thought it was one of the best 15" cabinets I've ever heard--deep, quick and punchy with a nice midrange "bark". Plus it was pretty light (~60#) for its size. SOB + Goliath III Jr. 2x10 + Mesa/Boogie Bass 400 made a loud, great-sounding, fairly portable rock rig.

I'm glad to hear you say that. I've been looking at them and have read many neg comments here on TB. It's nice to hear something positive.

What kind of volume levels are we talking about here?
