one-of-a-kind doubleneck—oakland, ca

    hi,

    it’s not my instrument, it belongs to a colleague in oakland, ca.

    stolen last week (probably 23-29 july) from a storage facility.


    DETAILS:
    Custom doubleneck fretless bass/guitar, one of a kind.
    Upper neck is a guitar with 2 chrome humbucking pickups.
    Lower neck is a 4-string fretless bass with 2 EMG-type pickups.
    Both necks have a distinctive T-shaped headstock with squiggle logo.
    No serial number, no brand name.
    Dark wood body with SG-style horns.
    2 output jacks, separate tone/volume knobs for each neck.

    ~30 years old. I've known Myles since the early 1990s and he'd already had it for a while then. Very unique instrument, incredibly cool sounding, and Myles played the hell out of it. He's one of the Good Guys and deserves to get this back. Keep an eye out y'alls; it won't be hard to spot if it turns up anywhere.
