One year after the Tsunami...

Discussion in 'Off Topic [BG]' started by ChiliPepper, Dec 26, 2005.

  1. Apparently everyone has forgotten what happened a year ago ?!
The Tsunami killed more than 200 000 people in 12 countries. So many people lost everything due to natural disasters (especially this year) Maybe we should remember them...

I guess we're so used to bad news nowadays :meh:

They can't feel happiness anymo'. They're dead. But, no more mortgage payments, no more 9 to 5 and no more (yup) tsunamis to deal with.

  5. I remember reading about it in Frankfurt airport. We were skiing at the Sierra Nevada ski resort in Granada when it happened, and the day we left Germany was the first we'd heard of it - front cover of a German newspaper.

    Very sad.

  6. The Tsunami was a year ago? Seems like it was more recent.

    We're had a bad year.

my band threw a fundraiser at my church with a few other bands.

    we raised about $350.

seems like it hasn't been a year.

it's a sad thing, but what can i say... nature takes its course in everythign it does.
