I know it's been done before but it's time for a definitive list. How do you set-up your ODB3?

I set mine up as follows:

    bass and treble - 12 o'clock
    balance - 8 o'clock
    overdrive - 12 o'clock
  2. since the odb is a terrible overdrive i have mine set to FUZZZZZZZZZ. blend about 12, gain about 2 or 3, bass at 1, treb at 11 or so.
this might not be that accurate though since im going just from memory...
  3. I use mine just so I can feedback, really - it's ain't easy to feedback with humbuckers and it is a bad overdrive, I find I just lose my bass in the mix if I use it like it's supposed to be used.

    All that said, my settings are;

    EQ - 12 o'clock
    Balance - 11 o'clock
    Gain - 5 o'clock (aka, maximum)

not my fave bass distortion (but not as **** as people say), but here's mine:

    bass 12.00
    treb 10.00
    balance 3.00
    gain 9.00

this sounds great with my fender VI :)

    high: 8:30
    low: 11 ;)
    balance: 4
    gain: 12

    (all numbers are "o'clocks")
  6. You don't want that fender VI, the string spacing is all wrong, you really should use a 4 string. I'd be happy to take that "bass" off your hands for, well, you can pay shipping, and I won't charge you a dime more ;)

what a gentleman you are....you know, i think you're right - those strings are all cramped, the trem's pretty unreliable.....why did i ever buy it ?

    oh yes....'cos it's fantastic.

and here's apic just to rub it it :)

    naaaah - i wouldn't be that nasty.
