    Nice. . .if it's anything like the Casady bass it'd be worth having. If I were single I'd have it, or one of these sig. basses. My wife keeps me from doing insane things at least financially.

    I wouldn't expect this to play or sound like a Jack Casady signature at all. For one it's short-scale, compared to the JC's long 34" scale. Soundwise, one of the keys to the JC's amazing tone is the single pickup and its placement. Separate neck and bridge pickups no doubt would provide more tonal options, but I doubt any of them would sound very much like a JC.
