Ophelia Carbon Fiber or Pernambuco Bow?

On Bob Gollihur's site there appears to be a good deal for a German Pernambuco bow which I am considering. However, I played an Ophelia carbon fiber German bow recently and liked it (was light, well balanced..). There is not much difference in the price when it comes to importing.

I am a jazz rather than classical player but want something decent to use to improve upon my arco skills.

Obviously being able to try out the bow is the best way but any opinions on these bows and/or how they compare?
  2. I purchased one of Bob's French Bows a while back and I loved it. It plays nice and it is well balanced and I got a case that came with the combo purchase. I plan to purchase a German Bow when I have the extra cash.

I have a Gollihur pernambuco German bow and it works great for me. It squeaks when I play it, but my teacher made it and my bass sing. Note: the squeaking is caused by my bad technique, not the bow! :D
