Opinions on the Dean Performer CE wanted!

I'm curious about the Dean Performer CE. I have had the opportunity to try it out unplugged at music store (not around where I live) and it felt and sounded great. But I still have some questions about the ABG:

    1. Do I get it right that the CE-model has got a deeper body then the Plus-model? Does this mean that the CE-model is louder than the Plus-model when played acoustic?

    2. The fact that it is *only* a 32"-scale, what would this make a difference from a 34"-scale ABG (like mine Morgan ABG)? Unplugged and plugged in?

    3. Plugged in to a amp, does the on-board preamp amplify all the four strings equal? Is it easy to get a good sound while leaving the eq. flat?

Maybe I will exchange my Morgan to a Dean Performer CE.
