    Hola!

I have an idea for a really simple pedal board to go in the effects loop of my T-Funk.

So this question is two fold.

First has anyone tried the other Black Cat pedals, specifically the OD-FUZZ (that's the one I'm gunning for - c'mon a top notch overdrive and fuzz in the same box) and I'll be using it with a Loooper with a blend knob.

Second, as afar as going through the effects loop - I'll be using an EHX LPB 2ube Preamp as a line driver for the my OD-FUZZ and Budda Wah pedal combination, and to keep my pre DI clean. What do you guys thin about the setup? and forsee able problems? this would be my first bass pedal rig so I apologize if I'm not on the ball about any obvious caveats.

Oh, and PS the Funk/Bag End rig is amazing, and I'll be finishing my PJ build next week, ROCK!

I dig those Black Cat pedals. It would be great to hear from folks using the OD-Fuzz on bass...

Nope I was talking about the Fuzz/ OD dual pedal by Black Cat.

But judging by the lack of responses, seems to not be much info on it here.

I have the OD-FUZZ, it doesnt work so well for bass. It sucks a bit of the low end out, at least on my rig. The tone and everything is nice and gritty, both sides sound great if it just let more low end through. I contacted the pedal maker and was going to get everything upgraded to be bass ready, but I ended up getting a tube head and have no need for either effect. If I recall it wasnt a very large upgrade, somehting that most people could do themselves. I tried selling the thing on ebay for a couple of weeks at a pretty low price, and no one even bid. I guess there isn't much of a demand for one. It's just sitting in my basement now, maybe I will go plug it in and see how it sounds with my new rig.

You should try to sell it here - I'll bet someone will pick it up
