    Hey. i'm working at the ottawa jazz festival this week, and as i was flipping through the listings of bands, i saw that john turner will be playing on sunday. This led me to wonder if anyone else is expecting or expected to be here.........just out of curiosity....

    and is this john turner the TBer?

    Well... my teacher is one of the hosts of the after-hours jam sessions down at the Ramada Hotel - I was thinking I might check that out if I have time.

    Other than that, nothing... although I am kicking myself that I missed the Yellowjackets last weekend... :bawl:

    i went on sunday night to the jam sessions. it was pretty good. show up before 11 if you want a table......at least on sunday it was packed.....
