    This forum is meant to provide a home for threads about cases, bags, care and maintenance products, cables, picks, etc. Previously all these threads wound up in the Misc. forum. Note that we do have dedicated forums for Pickups and Electronics , Strings, and Effects. :)

    I think I have my old Latin schoolbooks stored in the attic, but frankly, this'll be a pain.:)

    I paid off my student loans by playing in a wedding/society band for 8 years and playing a bass with a pi....er, Plectrum. * Totally defensible, and along those lines, the red Dunlop Jazz III picks kick serious butt on bass!

    * In my defense, I doubled on guitar at the time since the keyboard player kicked bass when we needed guitar.

    Pickguards, knobs, bridges, necks, and other things that screw/bolt/attach with some intention of semi-permanence to the bass are hardware and should go in the Hardware, Setup, and Repair sub-forum rather than Accessories.

    What goes here? Cases, stands, picks, headphones, gigbags, cables, straps, headstock tuners, and that sort of thing.

    Straplocks? What about straplocks? Fine; straplocks can stay here. Don't ask me complicated questions :rolleyes:
