Output Jack wiring question

    I am using a wiring scheme like the one at the end of this thread with the 3PDT switch to select multiple tone circuits. Where would the wire or wires out to the jack go in a scheme like this?

    I don't believe that would be wired to the output jack. Looks like the center lug goes to the volume pot, on the same lug as the lead from your pickups, much like a standard tone pot would.

    I guess my question is does it matter which lug on the tone pot goes out to the jack?

    Your center lug on your tone should go to the pickup lug on the volume pot. The center lug of the volume will go to the output jack.
