Oval Jaz Pickups

So, I was unsoldering a neck pickup the other day--no problems right? Well, I must have bumped the bench because the soldeing iron had fallen out of it's holder onto the pickup cover-- melted most of the way through before I smelled it. My question is where to find the replacement cover? The bass itself has what appears to be a Fender neck (no decal), the neckplate just says "made in Japan," and there are no other markings under the pickguard, on the pots or pickups.

Any help would be awesome.
