Oww my arm

  1. I have this little problem that when i try and slap quite fast (ie Hot Water) my arm starts to hurt. is this a technique thing, do i just need to get used to it or is just whats happens when u try and play it faster than king.

    Rule no.1: When it hurts, take a break.

    Rule no.2: Loosen up, slapping is about momentum, not strength. Using too much force can create tension in your arm, making you slower and causing discomfort.

    That's one of the reasons why it looks so effortless when Mark is slapping, playing with a light touch.
