    USA Custom Guitars Chambered Alder Pbass body. This is as light as you can get your bass. With a Gotoh 201 bridge and Hipshot ultralight tuners I had zero neck dive. Very Open sounding.

    -- 3lbs 10 oz. - Assembled bass was 7lbs 6oz!!!
    -- Nitro 3-tone burst done by me (not my best finish, a couple of minor sand-through spots, but the finish is serviceable)
    -- BC pickup route in Jazz-bass "bridge" position
    -- BC pickup route in Rickenbacker 4001 "Bridge" position
    -- Single coil P-bass in classic position
    -- BC pickup route in Rickenbacker 4001 "Neck" postion
    -- Comes with custom WD pickguard (covers the 2 neck pickups - although you could use a rotary pickup selector and use all 4 or even 3 pickups at once)

    -- $195 shipped CONUS (I will ship internationally, but it will cost more)
    -- Paypal only
    (original cost: $280 for the body, $85 for the pickguard, $100 in Nitro & supplies + 3 weeks of finishing)

    This looks like a great platform for a project! What are the dimensions of the BC pickup routes?
