P Bass content

I just upgraded a 2005 MIM P bass I just bought. Pretty dark wine but was just a player ( I’m sure you have a similar story) So today I get a new pearloid pickgaurd and some Lollar pickups, I have an old set of flatwounds and a quick setup later....

So there is something about a P bass with Flats! It’s like peanut butter and jelly! It’s like an puzzle piece fitting! I was channeling some Motown for sure!
