P Bass Mounting Rings?

is there such a thing?

i've got a mij p bass. i put new pickups in it, but the new ones don't quite line up with the strings. i want to router out the holes so that they might line up better, but am afraid this will expose too much of the hole. i am hoping that a mounting ring will clean up the look of it all after i am done.
