So do we have any P-Nut fans? I find him to be a very tasty player. He can bust out Jazz Reggae Funk Rock and many other styles.

I love him, he's a very good player, and his fretless work is amazing.

But what about 311 Day in New Orleans? Now THAT, my friend, kicks serious ass. I can't wait for tickets to go on sale this year! I don't see how they will top last year, but I know they will, cause I didn't know how they'd ever top the previous show, but they sure as hell did!

    There I feel betta' ..

P-Nut is awsome.. His solo's on "Feels So Good" and "Nutsystem" are very groove-adellic.

I had to reply to this one. I've seen 311 a total of 27 times(yeah my friends and I got carried away back in the day). I've met him and hung out with them a bunch of times, super cool guys. P-nut and 311 are probably one of the biggest influences on my playing and on stage antics. Many 311 stories.

  15. He is the inspiration for my playing, and the entire reason I started playing bass. I absolutely love his basslines and his personality. I have had the fortune/misfortune of only seeing them 2 times, but both shows were amazing, and he is just a mad man on bass. I wish I wasn't at work right now, otherwise I would write a whole lot more.

  16. I really love the feel that he gives to Amber. P-Nut is good people.

  17. Here's another fan of him..

Hey.. Does he just have very large arms or his basses have short scale necks???

Great player. Love his groove on the intro of "All Mixed Up"

Is it just me, or does the newer Shooytz Groove stuff sound more 311ish. Not that it's a bad thing. :)
