Hello all, I had a rather long practice session yesterday(longer than what I am used to do) where I did many left hand techniques. I went to sleep and today as soon as I woke up I found that the knuckle of my left hand's pointing finger is hurting me especially when I curl up my hand to a fist. Is this related to the exercising or not?

Likely it's related to the long session. Allow it plenty of time to heal before you play again - perhaps even seek medical advice. Three years ago I played a long session without a break at a Christmas party. The next day my left hand hurt. It still hurts to this day despite therapy.
