Pain of Salvation - BE

Discussion in 'Recordings [BG]' started by OriginalName, Apr 29, 2005.

  1. This is an absolutely perfect album.

I bought the studio album the day it came out into stores, and I loved it.

The DVD + live album came out on April 26th, and I ordered it from amazon that day. I got it today. I LOVE IT.

    Anyone else heard it?

  2. I have it but haven't had a chance to really listen to it yet. I love The Perfect Element and Remedy Lane though, so if it's anything like those two albums, I'm sure I'll be listening to it a lot.

    Pain of Salvation rocks. :bassist:

  3. It's nothing like the other albums, but it's an excellent change.

  4. Their other stuff isn't as deep into the concept like BE is...and it is a lot more "generic prog sounding." It has a more "metal" sound to it.

The DVD has the entire BE album live, commentary, more messages to God (kind of like a different version of Vocari Dei], photos, and a lot of extra features.

It was worth the $23.98, and probably a whole lot more. If you enjoyed the album, BUY THE DVD NOW!
