ok ive been playing for 2 year now, so my hands are strong enough... blah blah blah. ok will be playing a song song that uses a repeated line a-----22-33 as am interlude and the e-000------ the thing is if i play this song 2 or more times the musle between my first and second freting fingers starts to hurt... then if i work thou the pain, it starts to hurt real bad. i would'nt be asking about it if this is the only song it happened on i wondering if its something wrong with my hand form... so ive tryed using my 2nd and 3rd freting finger to help the pain go down... but im still wondering if theres any thing else i can do sorry for all the misspelled word
NEVER work through the pain...you can seriously hurt yourself. as soon as it starts to hurt take a short break before continuing, then your hands will get strong.
i know that part of my problem, when i notice it i let go alittle... but then my mind flys away again and my hand gos back to how it was, but im still working on it
Well try and keep your mind on track, because focusing on your technique is the only way that pain will go away. Good luck man.
