Paint mess

    Ok... can I just spray my whole bass with some kind of normal spray paint. Tamiya brand to be exact. for model airplanes to be exact.
  2. You can spray anything on your bass, but the results won't be what you might be expecting. Doing a good looking, long wearing finish on a bass takes planning, skill, good materials, and patience. Not to be snot or anything, but you should stock up on some of these before ruining your instrument.

    Though Tamiya paint is one of the best available, It would only work if it were to be clear coated after application. Model paints aren't very tough because they don't have to be. For a better selection of spraycan guitar finishes try this site:
