Painting the Bass

Discussion in 'Luthier's Corner' started by BassPanther, Nov 24, 2002.

  1. I'm interested in painting my bass. Not completely changing the color of it, but adding some personal touches to it. What types of paint work well on the bass? I want Paint that's going to look good when it's dry and not damage the bass. Also if you have any suggestions about setting up the bass for painting, it would be most apprecaited.

Note to webmaster: Feel free to move my post if it's off the topic. This seemed like the best place to get advice on this.
