Parameters for old Peavey element...?

I have an old 15" element from Peavey. It sits in a small, crappy cabinet, and I thought I might try to build a better one.

Peavey's customer service informs me that it is a 15854-element, used in the 70s and 80s, it is 8ohms with a magnet weight of 54 ounces. They used to purchase the element, and didn't have any further specifications. It has a square magnet housing of about 6"x6", on which it is stamped "158545C-1" (I think - it is blurred), and "67-7849" below that.

I know the chances are slim, but... could it be that someone here knew something about this? Parameters? Where to find info?

If not, what type and size of cabinet would be most likely to match this element?
