    Warwick Streamer Stage I
Eden Head (not sure which one)
    Ampeg SVT-810 Cab

Back during MFKR he used a Jackson bass.

  3. What do you guys think of Paul Gray as a bassist? I mean, its really hard to tell what he's playing as his bass is usually buried so deep in the mix, what with the really heavy guitars and the layers of samples.

Listen hard and you'll hear him. Some songs that you can really hear him in are "Tattered and Torn", "Wait and Bleed" and "Interloper" from MFKR.

Some of his basslines from MFKR are amazing. He's really good, its just that in newer Slipknot, he barely can show it.

i think paul gray is one of the best bassists out.
but my list of favorites goes:
    1. Ryknow - MuDvAyNe
    2. Paul Gray (2) - Slipknot
    3. the guy from Staind, i dont remember his name right now

but i agree with you all about paul gray, it is hard to hear him in their self-title album, but from what ive heard of MFKR, he is excellent. i only hope you can hear him better in the new release this summer.

I can't wait for new Slipknot...

And Jonny April (staind) is pretty cool. He suits Staind well. I can't wait for Staind's new album too.

Ryknow is just amazing. Theirs nothing else to say about him.

We need more lefty bass players in the world...

I can only name 2 off the top of my head.

    Rob Merril (godsmack)
    Paul Gray (slipknot)
