8x10" Is one of the most common used settings available.
    Specially the Ampeg SVT810E.

Swr has it, Eden Has it, Carvin has it, almost everyone has it.!!

    Im about to have it!

The cab has two vertical rows of four 10" speakers.

The cab does not have eight vertically stacked speakers!

Two rows of four 10" speakers.

    4 x 10" = 40" + extra space = 49"

Anyways... has anyone ever played through the peavey 8x10???

How does it compare to Ampeg, SWR, Hartke and any other brand that makes an 8x10???

Never played through one, but I was about 75' from Bill Dickens when he was playing through TWO of these monsters! It was on the Peavey promo tour with Bobby Rock and some Guitar slinger. He had monster rack and mucho power. When Bill went to doing some serious slapping, I had to move farther away as the sound was making it hard to breathe!
