Ok I'm ready to make the great step. But .... before I need your opinion. I have a Fender 4 string MIA standard with seymour duncan preamp. I think I'll sell it and adding some money I will get a Peavey Cirrus 6. I'm only not sure 'cause haven't tried it with my band and in a gig. You can hear the Fender's voice in a band, I'm not sure it is so also for the Peavey .... What do you think ? Thanks
it cuts through surprisingly well for being a neck through body design. you can also get quite the large amount of punchiness from it too so it can stand out even more.
Mine cuts through well in every situation I have used it in. I have used mine in a rock band and in a country rock band. In the rock band, I have to cut through a loud drummer and two loud guitarists. In the country rock band, I had to cut through 2 guitars, a fiddle, and a keyboard. It always worked very well, whatever the situation. It lets its voice be heard.
