Peavey cirrus question

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by supernaut, Sep 17, 2003.

  1. after much looking around at different basses I have decided to get a peavey cirrus 5-string. I can't afford a new one but I figure I can score a used one for a decent price. I noticed a few bumbinga ones for sale on ebay and a clairo walnut one for sale at the bass palace. what is a fair price on a great condition used one of these.

having watched these come and go on eBay for the past year or so, i'd say:

    $900 - $1000: fair price
    $800 - $900: good price
    $700 - $800: great price
    under $700: major score

of course, this assumes the bass is in good condition. watch out for shady sellers.
