I finally got an all tube amp... But it's a guitar amp. :D It's pretty sweet sounding. 30 tube watts into a single 12. I will use it to record all my new tuneage. It has:

2 12ax7s for the preamp section

4 6bq5/el84 with 12ax7 driver for the poweramp section.

I don't know what all that means be it sounds better than my previous practice amp, it is pretty light for a tube amp, it has a vintage vibe...

I am way stoked about it!

That is a very nice little amp! I used to gig with a Peavey Classic 30 w/matching 12" extention cab.

IMO, Peavey Classic series (guitar) amps are very under-rated and overlooked.

Is your amp tweed or black?

Cool! Mine is tweed. This dude is pretty loud, I can't imagine needing the ext cab... but who knows? I was blasting my ears out last night in my garage... I think I may wear ear plugs tonight. ;) At last, I have a tube amp to record with. :D
