Here's something you don't see every day - the ultra-rare Peavey Cyberbass. For those of you who don't know, this is a bass that outputs MIDI alongside a conventional analog signal. Unlike the Roland MIDI modules that can be stuck to any bass, the Cyberbass has a special fretboard where each fret is split into 4 parts and wired individually to the onboard computer. It's the improved version of the original Peavey Midibase. This is the only way to get true zero-latency tracking because the bass knows which note you are fretting the instant you fret it and no pitch detection is required. It works incredibly well. This particular bass is in practically new condition. It comes with the splitter box, Cyberbass rack module and all necessary cables, so nothing more is needed to make it work. $2500 shipped in the lower 48. Message me for international shipping.
Indeed, I would love to take it off your hands as well but for another $990 I can get an Industrial Radio bass sorted here in Australia... Good luck with the sale man!
