I have one and I absolutely love it. First thing I did was change the strings, the Peavey strings absolutely suck. I find the bass to be quite versatile and have been using it to play a varieyt of styles. The electronics are very similar to the ones used in the Peavey Cirrus (just less options I am told). The active electronics are also very usable at extreme settings which is nice when you need it. I also find it to be easy on the back due to its light weight. I plan on keeping mine for a long time.

Killer bass for the price. Some of the best electronics in that price range.
