Peavey GPS?

  1. Who uses them?
    Whats your opinion with them?

    I know about the lead sled factor(yes they are heavey but im young so i can manage)

    i am thinking about picking one up(found one for 760ish and well i cant resist. :bassist:

    Well, you don't seem to be getting much help...

    Make sure you have a preamp with a lot of drive capability. From the price you mentioned, I'm guessing you are looking at either a 2600 or a 3500. Those models are hard to drive to full power with SOME instrument preamps.

    The designs of the 2600 and the 3500 are based on the Crest CA series. The same engineer worked on both lines.

    Would I buy one? No.

    Are they reliable? In my opinion, they are pretty reliable.
