Peavey International wiring problem

I recently bought a 4 string Peavey International. I'm loving the slim, shallow neck. The previous owner has installed a Bartolini NTBT 2-band preamp and, although it's a good piece of kit, I'm not a fan of active basses. I would like to rewire the bass back to it's original 2 volume / 2 tone pot configuration.
Does anyone have a similar Peavey Bass that they could photograph the control cavity of or provide me with a schematic of the original set-up?
    Thanks in advance

International?.. this is an import designation.

    What is the model?

PM me -- I may be able to help.

We'd also need to know a country of origin.
  4. It should just be the traditional VVTT wiring.

you "may" have initially had some other electronics in there.. some of the passive internationals had a passivish preamp block in epoxy.

    Line 6

Any suggestion combinations for pots and caps?

Plan on this being a Bartish type pickup (guessing)

WOW!...I'm impressed by the quick response. Thanks guys. There is no model number as I can see but the bass was originally crafted in Vietnam.
  8. Well, it's all personal preference.

250K pots with 0.03uF/0.05uF or 0.022uF/0.047uF capacitors seem popular on Jazz basses.

    Personally, I like 500K pots.

Is this a Fury II bass?

It's a four string version of the bass below

Ah, OK. I've got a couple of the Fury II's that are active and have the VLF pups. Yours is different.
